This position supports the sales activities of Wealth Strategist Executives, as their go-to resource for data management, marketing, client onboarding, and sales activities.  The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments where priorities and deadlines change frequently and is one whose skillset includes adaptability to a wide variety of projects.  Attention to detail and anticipation of needs are vital to success. May perform other duties as directed or assigned.


Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Assists sales team in marketing and new business development efforts.  
  2. Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients. 
  3. Gathers, prepares, and distributes marketing materials. 
  4. Works directly with Wealth Strategists as needed to assist in meetings and business development activities.
  5. Facilitates client and prospect meetings, to include preparation of materials and presentations using MS Office Suite.
  6. Responds to client inquiries for account information or initiates transactions requested by the client
  7. Initiates set up for new clients including new account documentation 
  8. Submits account documents to the legal area and external attorneys to obtain missing information, correct documents, clarify information, and resolve problem situations.
  9. Lead special projects (i.e. coordinating reports, competitor analysis, preparing relationship analysis, assistance creating marketing materials and workflow reports) as needed by wealth strategists or Executive team members
  10. Reports and updates team on calling program status, pipeline and tracking of new business.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of client service and/or sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to client and prospects. 
  • Ability to effectively present information. 
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Responsible for setting own project deadlines. 
  • Experience working with internal and external customers
  • Exceptional organizational skills as well as the confidence and ability to manage multiple priorities and satisfy time sensitive demands
