Responsible for supporting the Vendor Managers within EMEA Product to ensure all administration tasks are completed following the vendor management practice standard. The role will focus on the key vendor relationships within Global Fund Services to fully understand the service provided by each vendor, together with their interdependencies and impacts across each jurisdiction. Ensuring delivery is aligned across vendors and is in line with business requirements.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

GOVERNANCE

Quality check and process vendor Invoices and input into our systems, to regulatory and the vendor manager practise standard requirements
Maintaining the up keep and storage of all vendor documents and contracts within the specified NT systems in line with the Vendor Manager Practise Standard 
Responsible for supporting the Vendor Manager with day to day vendor relationships within EMEA Global Fund Services.
Schedule meetings and reviews with vendors at suitable intervals maintaining issue logs/minutes etc as appropriate with the practise standards 
Provide reporting for the Vendor Manager and product  Managers
Day to day oversight, monitoring and responding to general email and phone enquiries from vendors and or Northern trust teams.
Fulfil additional, relevant tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE 

Extremely strong interpersonal skills
Highly articulate with good communication skills
Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficient
Ability to present and motivate
Excellent planning and organisation skills 
Ability to work on own initiative
Attention to detail and strong accuracy 
Good communication skills 
Ability to multi task 
Customer service experience would be beneficial 
Ability to work to deadlines  
Analytical skills are required to research and resolve enquiries

KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge of collective investment scheme administration and the regulatory environment is preferable
Customer Service experience would be beneficial
