Experience


Sustainable performance demonstrated through examples/evidence, the above listed core skills and competencies in the current role over a period of at least 24 months


 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
 Work experience in financial industry: 4 years minimum.
 Managing multiple stakeholders in Bangalore, Chicago and Melbourne would be the key expectation from candidate, hence prior exposure would be given a preference
 This role is for NA shift and candidate should be flexible to work in NA shift for foreseeable future.
 Candidate should be flexible to work in Pune as a work location.
 Extensive knowledge and experience of derivatives products is required. Experience in Exchange traded Derivatives is desired
 Strong problem solving skills, detail and results oriented.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentations.
 Excellent spoken and written English and the ability to handle business correspondence.
 Sound knowledge of the financial markets, instruments and back office functions.
 Demonstrate high ethical standards.
 Proactive and capable to handle multiple tasks under extremely time sensitive conditions.
 Good understanding of trade economics related to various financial product transactions is an addition.
 Candidate should be willing to work in a 24*5 environment
