Wealth Management leadership has initiated the formation of a Business Control function within the Product Mgmt, Service Excellence & Business Services group. The Sr. Consultant, Business Process Management will provide value-add services to the WM business by undertaking work intended to improve the consistency and coordination of risk identification, measurement, and monitoring across the business unit, as well as ensuring adherence to enterprise and BU policies, processes, and procedures. 

Major Duties  

1. Work cross-functionally with various partners to create highly efficient operational processes that avoid control and quality deficiencies and associated losses. 
2. Support or lead industry, regulatory, and audit driven projects 
3. Support efforts to ensure adherence to corporate programs, policies and standards within the business unit. 
4. Perform ad hoc process and data analysis related to team initiatives. 
5. Assist in the development and maintenance of key management information. 6. Test controls and measures to identify excessive risk and/or control problems at an early stage. 
7. Support event and issue management.
Knowledge/Skills 

• Multi-disciplinary functional experience and with a focus on proactive activities within the business, risk, or operations group 
 Strong analytical skills 
 Excellent oral and written communication skills are required 
• Research and interrogative ability 
• Attention to detail 
• Proficient at synthesizing and organizing information 
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change 
• Ability to get up to speed quickly on new or unfamiliar subject matter 
• Advanced skills with MS Office Suite and SharePoint are a plus 5 - 7 years of related business experience. A College or University degree is required.
