Experience


•24 months as a Consultant to move as a Senior Consultant. Movement within Senior Consultant and Section Manager is applicable if they have prior 36 months of people management experience.


• Advanced instructional design and development experience required
• Vendor sourcing and vendor management experience
• Learning Management System experience a plus
• Exposure to global learning technology initiatives that have impacted performance and effectiveness
• Demonstrated experience leading complex global learning projects
• Experience in working with external content developers/ designers.
• Experience with video production; shooting, editing, design, and publishing.
• Experience leading technology projects, partnering with internal tech teams.
• Expertise in eLearning development applications (e.g., Storyline, Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, Epiplex knowledge preferred)
• Experience developing to eLearning technical standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI)
• Use of graphic design applications to develop visually appealing and engaging eLearning solutions
• Background skills in graphic design.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects with tight deadlines to communicate and collaborate with SME’s, global stakeholders and internal customer groups
• Prior budgeting, forecasting and business analysis experience
• Some experience designing and/or reengineering processes to gain efficiencies 


QUALIFICATIONS:
• College/University degree or relevant work in L&D within a global financial services firm required
• Minimum of 5-8 years in L&D with deep expertise in instructional design , L&D solution development
• Minimum of 5 years eLearning development and consulting experience is required. 
• Strong understanding of the learning technologies that can be used to support design and learner experience
• Bachelor of Science in Multimedia/Web Development, Adult Education, and Organizational Development, or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience would be a plus.
