Qualifications
 
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge required.
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change
• Has experience in Enterprise Level system environments.
• The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience and preferably in financial institution(s).
• Must have very strong experience in Implementing and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint On-Prem and Online Infrastructure. Very good understanding of Office 365 Hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience with various SharePoint configurations is required (version 2010\ 2013\ 2016\Online \Hybrid).
• Experience with technologies like Nintex Workflows, InfoPath forms, SSRS, etc is a plus.
• Experience with OneDrive for Business
• Experience with SharePoint Migration
• Experience with PowerShell for SharePoint Administration
• Experience with maintaining Microsoft Exchange 2010\2013\2016 e-mail system would be a big plus.
• Very good understanding of components used by collaboration technologies\infrastructure; digital certificates, Active Directory & DNS, Network Topology, MS SQL and Network load balancer.
• Effective in delivering solutions and providing speedy turn around when required.
• Take ownership of problems and follow through to resolution, whether this involves internal IT teams or external vendors or partners.
• Needs strong analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques, and excellent communication skills.
