Experience:

The role requires an individual who has grown up the ranks with a strong technology hands-on background and has the following experience:

  1. 7+  years in the IT industry. Hands on experience in building / developing / deploying Identity and Access Management systems at scale is a big advantage.
  2. At least 5 years of experience of working in the Financial Services industry.
  3. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience developing software and using an agile methodology (Scrum)
  4. Hands on experience in end-to-end application engineering lifecycle (Angular/Node JS, Typescript)
  5. Experience working across Linux and Windows platforms
  6. Excellent communications skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  7. Experience in working in a cross-functional organization, in a multi-cultural ecosystem
  8. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in an ambiguous environment.

Educational Background

  • Bachelors or Masters in Engineering from a reputed engineering institute in India
  • Relevant proven work experience in the area of Information Security is required. Industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC  is preferred.
