REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to discern large amounts of data and focus on the critical business issues; superior attention to detail
  • Strong quantitative skills, with expertise in financial modeling and statistical analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interfacing with partners at all levels in the organization
  • Exceptional program management skills and the ability to manage several projects concurrently
  • Solid conceptual skills; ability to deal with ambiguity and leverage creativity in problem solving
  • Team‐oriented, collaborative, and flexible with a broad overview of process
  • Results‐oriented and self‐motivated with a commitment to excellence
  • High proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Facility with learning new systems or databases, as required by role

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • A College or University degree is required or equivalent work experience 
  • 4+ years of experience with strategic thinking and/or quantitative analysis acquired through work or continued education 
  • Excellent program management experience. 
  • Knowledge and/or interest in investments (including completion and/or pursuit of CFA) a plus.
