Consistently displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the rest of the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least eight, typically ten or more years of solid, diverse work experience in all aspects of systems programming, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Requires strong analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staff. Knowledge of several high level languages and Assembler language is required.
