Knowledge/Skills


Excellent oral and written communication skills possessing a persuasive skill set are required


Strong operations knowledge is required and an understanding of financial industry trends Analytical and problem solving skills are required


Strong knowledge and experience in both Custody and IOO are required Organizational, project management, negotiating skills, conflict resolution and collaborative skills are strongly preferred


*Major Duties

1. Participates in the sales process, aiding in identifying operational requirements and setting appropriate expectations on timelines and SLA's

2. As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth operational consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level

3. Provides oversight for the entire event, and engages with operational areas as an escalation point to ensure all issues are addressed and any known risks are mitigated

4. Provides status throughout an event to all necessary parties including relationship/sales staff and prior custodians

5. Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult

6. Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit / function

7. Strategic and proactive in identifying necessary changes or projects required within operational areas as a way to continue to meet client needs

8. Assists in setting direction and implementing any changes required within Client Onboarding function on a continual basis

9. Manages the process of due diligence and risk assessment and compliance 10. Produces and provides metrics as required


Experience Five or more years of development and relationships of new accounts, transitions or middle office work with a college or university degree or equivalent work experience.

both GFS and IIG experience is preferred
