Responsible for serving as the Lead on complex client events. The Client Delivery and Implementation team works with the sales group and client servicing team to define services that will be provided to new or existing clients. May also advise and guide clients on service decisions. Responds to existing client requests and upgrades post implementation. Operational oversight and coordination of complex client onboarding events. Consult on ability to meet client requirements and set appropriate expectations. 

1. Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise 

2. Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities 

3. Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues 

4. Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
Seasoned expert with extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over 15+ years and/or equivalent experience. 

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. 

In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required. 

Highly flexible and adaptable to change. 

Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.
