Primary responsibility of this role is to provide senior leadership and strategic business requirements for ongoing development of the Service Catalog repository (and incorporated Capability Map and Taxonomy), and support for the existing Shared and Outsourced Services required by both the Section 165(d) Resolution Plan and the FDIC Contingent Resolution Plan for Certain Insured Depository Institutions. The Service Catalog requires extensive mapping of people, processes and systems to legal entities, core business lines, critical operations and critical services. The goal of resolution planning is to minimize systemic risk and contagion should a systemically important financial institution experience material financial distress or failure. The regulatory agencies have therefore placed a high level of importance on the resolution of material entities, core business lines and critical operations in a rapid and orderly manner with minimal systemic risk. This role will work closely with partners across the Enterprise to build and maintain the expanding Service Catalog. 

1. Multi-disciplinary expert with technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise identifying organizational interconnections and dependencies.  

2. Carries out complex analysis involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues. 

3. Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. 

4. Set the direction and architecture design for development of the Service Catalog, requiring strong Microsoft Access database expertise. 

5. Coordinate across multiple business units, consulting with business areas and IT management and staff. 

6. Provide comprehensive consultation to the business area providing source data, ensuring high quality data in the Service Catalog, using delivery tools such as Power BI. Consistently display a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with global partners to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. Highly flexible and adaptable to change. 

7. Ability to take conceptual ideas and evolve them into tangible implementation steps and deliverables.
Seasoned expert with extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over 15+ years and/or equivalent experience.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required. 

Highly flexible and adaptable to change.

Excellent analytical skills, particularly data-driven analysis.

Strong working knowledge of MS Access, SQL, and Power BI a plus.
