Responsible for leading and managing critical global supply chain management and procurement projects. Influences and drives improvements of global policies, programs and processes. Provides sourcing process expertise and analytics, leads the collection and analysis of data, leads metric and operations management. Conducts the performance management process, identifies training and development needs, and establishes performance standards for the functions. Develops, implements, and communicates the direction of the team's procurement global processes and strategies to meet both the function’s and the corporation’s strategic plan. 

1. Responsible for development and management of reporting Procurement performance metrics.

2. Develops the team’s procurement strategic plan and sets goals and priorities; follows through to ensure that objectives are met.

3. Improves compliance and mitigates risks through establishment of competitively negotiated business awards and favorable contract terms and conditions. 

4. Recommends and advises in regards to policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance with existing regulations and best practices.

5. Manages and supports regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. OFAC, FCPA, Spend Analysis, Client Relationships).

6. Responsible for maintenance of procurement processes and procedures.

7. Establish and maintain relationship with key partners, education on policy/guidelines and resolving related purchasing issues.

8. Interacts with business and Partners to formulate and implement strategy and solutions to enhance existing services, create new services or improve processes. Identifies impact of changes and processes; facilitates acceptance of change through training and communication. Provides ongoing support for the solutions.

9. Ensures procurement related policies are effective, consistent, and clearly communicated throughout the Corporation.

10. Serves as technical expert with in-depth knowledge in area of procurement and supply chain management with strong knowledge of other areas.

11. Oversees, plans and directs the activities for the Unit, ensuring that Business objectives are being met.

12. Develops periodic goals, organizes the work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work

Qualifications 

Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management and / or Finance and 4 (four) or more years’ experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, or Audit related fields or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. 

MBA or other advanced degree and a professional Procurement/ Supply Chain Management designation (e.g. CSCP, CPM) are a strong plus.  

In depth knowledge of supply chain management and procurement.  

Strong analytical, reporting and Excel skills.

Excellent project management, facilitation, negotiation, analytical, change management and interpersonal skills .

Strong sourcing, negotiation and communication skills.

Technically adept with basic application software; proficient in MS Office Suites with advanced Excel skills. 

Demonstrated success in time management; superior project management skills, attention to detail; thorough and organized.
