RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Drive the DSM vision, roadmap and features required to meet business needs
•    Engage closely with Product Managers of platforms enabling new case management solutions – including integration opportunities with Digital Process Automation tools
•    Engage with business to educate, prioritize, hold as-is/to-be workshops
•    Engage with CPX/LAB resources to ensure consistent and standard user experiences within the solution
•    Engage with  Process Optimization team to identify process improvement opportunities
•    Act as conduit between business and platform owners/developers
•    Own backlog and prioritization of backlog
•    Manage population of information in JIRA
•    Coordinate efforts between other Product Owners and Product Manager to ensure collaborative delivery of functionality across Scrum Teams

SKILLS
•    Process-minded individual with experience in process improvement projects both with and without technology enablement
•    Experience process modeling to drive as-is/to-be discussions
•    Planning, organizational, and leadership skills are needed to oversee/monitor the backlog 
•    Strong communication skills in order to converse with wide range of business and technology teams
•    Diplomatic ability to guide business and technology to agree on most optimal future solution
•    Ability to capture and analyze process metrics
•    Experience owning or implementing DPA capabilities
•    Exposure to Agile development methodology and ability to write Epics and User Stories

Prior Product Owner experience a plus
Familiarity with SAFE Agile a plus
Familiarity with JIRA a plus
