Responsible for managing the Onboarding Consultant team. This team serves as the main point of contact with a prior custodian on transition events. Conducts performance management and career development processes.  Provides input for staffing and disciplinary actions and provides hands-on training to staff.  Develops periodic goals, organizes the work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work.  Operates independently, provides comprehensive consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.  Responsible for ensuring operational efficiency within the team in order to meet department goals.  Provides input and support to budget management process.

Develops periodic goals, organizes the work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities and ensures timely and accurate delivery of all functions within the team. 
Provides input and support to budget management process.
Identify, document and disseminate new procedures and controls.

A College or University degree is preferred
Relevant work experience in management is required

               Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
               In-depth Functional/Industry Knowledge is required
               Analytical and problem solving skills are required
Leadership and organizational skills are required to develop periodic goals and to manage and motivate team members
Good influencing skills
Working knowledge of Risk Management/Mitigation practices is required
