The Enterprise BI & Analytics team is responsible for the design, build out and management of information delivery applications supporting a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. 
Some of the capabilities the team rolls out include data visualization, self-service dashboarding, reporting, data integration & virtualization, Machine Learning, Advanced predictive analytics and Cognitive conversational UIs. These capabilities are provided for areas such as Financials, Wealth, Asset Management, Regulatory & Statutory reporting, Sales, Profitability, Risk, HR, Trade processing, Transfer Agency, Product and Client. 
A key part of the Enterprise BI & Analytics group is the engagement management team. Engagement Owners are point people responsible for managing and evolving the Business Intelligence & Analytics capabilities for individual Business Unit. They are techno-functional resources with deep knowledge of the data and functions of the Business Unit(s) they work with.
We are looking for an experienced hands-on manager to lead the engagement team. This is a client and senior management facing role with about 8-10 direct reports. The resource will be responsible for partnering with multiple BU stakeholders to support their analytics needs, help with roadmaps, improve end user experience & engagement, as well as help manage rollouts and ongoing support of analytics solutions.
He\She will play the role of a functional lead within the BI&A team and help provide banking domain expertise and user insights to the technical teams. This manager will need to be highly collaborative and work with multiple technical delivery and infrastructure teams.

This manager will also act as the liaison with sales, product, client experience and client servicing teams and be responsible for internal communication and training needs.

Major Duties
Manage the BI&A capability team
Ownership of business user engagement 
Represent BI&A team in steer and program meetings
Provide functional expertise to and partner with technical delivery teams
Help with product vision, roadmap and delivery prioritization
Functional design and requirement elicitation
Act as a liaison to sales, business and product teams
Help with project planning & management
Help implement & optimize BAU processes
Knowledge/Skills
Experience with delivering complex BI & Analytics solutions
In-depth knowledge of Banking and Financial Services
Experience with IBM Cognos, Power BI or similar Analytics tools
Proven resource management and Agile project management abilities
Excellent communication and client facing skills 
Understanding of Data Warehousing, Advanced Analytics and AI
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with user experience and user interface design
Ability to serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to others in the team

Experience
8+ Years of relevant industry experience
3+ Years of management experience
