Job Summary:
As Lead RM, it is important the candidate has the following qualifications:
   A proven ability to gain a client's confidence and a growing share of the client's wallet.
• Strong focus on gathering assets under management, deposits and loan production.
•Versed in banking, investments and fiduciary services with a proven ability to cross sell services.
•Acts as the quarterback for the service team surrounding the client i.e. PM, account administrator.
•Operates independently and has an in-depth knowledge of the international client base. Role is balanced between high level operational execution and execution of strategic direction of the International Client Business.
• Conducts preliminary AML analysis.
• Responsible for direct interaction with different internal committees and/or management.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 7 or more years of experience in International Banking/Wealth Management. 
A proven track record of excellent relationship management skills with external clients and internal partners. 
 An undergraduate degree in Finance or Business Administration and or equivalent experience is required.  
Strong knowledge of discretionary investment management.  
Excellent business development and client servicing skills is required.  
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish  
Must be a self-starter with creative problem solving skills. 
Some international travel is required.
