Responsibilities:


Under direct supervision responsible for handling and processing transactions for the Financial Reporting group within the Client Accounting Practice (CAP). CAP is a team of global service financial professionals that has operational capabilities in all locations. CAP encompasses Valuation Reporting and Unitized Valuation and Reporting Service and is comprised of partners who support Northern Trust business in conjunction with our global network of operational partners.

  1. Reviews and maintains all roles and deadline for assigned relationships 
  2. Works independently with issue research and resolution prior to escalation 
  3. Utilizes knowledge of client needs and business operations to assist with special requests from clients or other partner areas 
  4. Provides timely responses to partner areas regarding client service level changes and statuses 
  5. Responsible for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines 
  6. Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts 
  7. Works effectively as a team member but also independently 
  8. Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job 
  9. Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job 
  10. Running and creating formal reports

Qualifications:

  • At least a junior student under his/her second semester
  • Must be willing to engage in Financial Reporting work
  • Must be able to secure an Internship Memorandum of Agreement and a Good Moral document
  • Must be willing to work full-time in BGC, Taguig
  • Must have a good academic standing

Our Internship Program will start this June 2019!


HR Interviews over the phone happen between March to April.
Once successful, you’ll be invited to attend an Internship Talent Camp. 
During this time, candidates will undergo a 30-minute panel face-to-face interview with hiring managers at our BGC office


****Please note that for you to be considered, there must be an existing partnership between Northern Trust and your university. It's imperative that Memorandums of Agreement have been exchanged prior to the start of the Internship Program
