Roles and Responsibilities for the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) Administrator


·         Part of SSDLC Business As Usual (BAU) Team

·         Leverage JIRA for task management, keep updated and prioritized

·         Serve as Sharepoint Site Administrator (for multiple sites)

·         Run BiWeekly metrics (30 page Powerpoint document leveraging extracts from various tools) and distribute to Security Champions and Managers/CIOs

·         Security Champions Group Administration

o     Manage the Security Champion Onboarding Process (~20 steps)

o     Email distribution lists (several)

o     Triage emails to “Security Champions Mailbox” (~100/day)

o     Meeting facilitation

o   Follow ups for compliance

·         NTU/Security Innovation Training Oversight

o   Create Compliance Metrics for NTU Training in Excel (using advanced techniques like pivots and vlookups)

o   When Training Content is updated by the vendor (Security Innovation), coordinate with NTU to load into Learning Management Platform

o   Coordinate with NTU for add/removes of required employees/contractors for SSDLC Training

o   Answer general questions about NTU training (both 16 required courses and over 100 additional courses) and troubleshoot issues with NTU or vendor (Security Innovation)

·         Serve as Checkmarx eLearning Administrator

o   Coordinate with Checkmarx personnel to add people to Litmos eLearning site

·         Support Checkmarx Full Team Path Set Up Process

·         Ensure compliance to Project/Config naming standards in Checkmarx/AppSpider

·         Support SSDLC Reports in Service Now

·         Follow up with App Teams if TLA records in Service Now / SAM missing SSDLC fields

·         Support the PreProduction Security Issue Management Dashboard (SPI) Reporting (weekly save of List of TLAs.csv) and Automated Weekly Emails, BiWeekly PDF distribution to Manager Level 4s

·         Run weekly Alternate Gated Security Check Process and provide to SSDLC Leadership for follow up approvals

·         Follow up with TLAs/Security Champions who failed the Alternate Gated Security Check Process

·         Maintain SSDLC Onboarding/Visa Process

·         Attend Daily Standup Meetings and report progress against JIRA tickets, goals, any blockers

·         Proactively raise concerns/issues and offer alternative options to solve
