WHO YOU ARE

As the Head of Execution and Delivery,

you will be part of the Digital Services leadership team, reporting to the Chief Digital Officer and will lead a cross functional product development organization that continuously and sustainably delivers value to its clients and partners.

You are caught up on industry trends and also anticipate what the near future will bring.

You love seamless interfaces and have a real passion for extraordinary user experience.

Furthermore, you:

Understand what it takes to build healthy, maintainable and scalable technology ‘Get the message through’ from the product and mission teams to the company leadership

Bring deep experience with leading cross-functional scrum teams, agile product development, defining MVPs, developing roadmaps and setting a transformative vision

Have a deep understanding of how to make data informed product decisions and translate customer or business insights into a hypothesis-driven product vision

Have prior experience in a senior leadership role in digital product development in a large institution, and/ or as COO of a digital native company or start-up

Have an advanced degree in technology, engineering, data; and/ or certifications in technology, data and analytics

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of the Digital Services leadership team, reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will work closely with our agile cross-functional teams. We cherish and nourish our diverse and inclusive culture and welcome you to help us further grow our community. We are actively exploring emerging technologies in AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Blockchain and Decentralized Finance.

As the Head of Execution and Delivery, you will:

Define and drive ‘change’ work’ execution roadmaps with actionable OKRs Lead journey and mission teams to align on vision, strategy and priorities for product development Inspire, coach, develop and lead mission teams to build products that deliver excellent end user experience

Work closely with product, tech and design leads both within the Digital Factories and in other areas of the organization to deliver solutions that meet our business goals

Take responsibility and drive planning and resolution, providing key stakeholders with timely status Maintain, track and evolve Digital Services ‘change’ project methodology and execution standards

Develop operational baseline and business cases, and provide consistent reporting and measurement of value
