Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with emphasis in Finance and Accounting, CIPM/CFA is an added advantage
•    Minimum 15+ years of work experience in financial industry with at least 7 years in the investment performance analysis and Reporting Industry. Minimum 7+ years of people management experience
•    Flexibility with shifts and extended working hours as per business requirements
•    Strong business partnership and influencing skills
•    Ability to communicate in the big picture but working with close attention to details and accuracy.
•    Ability to convey key points in a concise and effective manner
•    Experience with identifying problems and providing solutions through operational process improvement efforts
