ROLE
The Content Developer, eLearning performs design, development, execution and evaluation of training curriculum, courseware, and tools for web-based training. Uses storyboards, graphics, sound files, text, video clips, and animations to construct the courseware. In addition, the eLearning Developer may help to produce the scripts that translate interactive portions of a traditional classroom course, such as discussions and quizzes, into an online format.

Major Duties:
• Develop and implement e-Learning modules to create innovative, custom solutions.
• Work with project manager and clients to assess project requirements, create project plans (storyboards) to build dynamic, interactive course structure.
• Responsible for selecting and utilizing appropriate e-Learning development tool/software to create a training module.
• Use rapid e-Learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Epiplex to create interactive training modules.
• Design and develop interactive e-Learning content that includes learning objectives, simulation scenarios, graphic arts, animations, audio, and video and proficiency assessments.
• Integrate and edit audio voiceover, sound, music to enhance e Learning.
• Record audio/VO using external audio components and editing using third party (audacity) sound audio.
  Assist with QA all aspect of e-Learning modules (text, content, interactivity, functionality)
• Understanding of SCORM standards for implementation and troubleshooting.
• Conduct/Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing activities
• Support the on-going maintenance of current eLearning course content, revisions, and implementations.

Knowledge/Skills
Authoring - Training specific development tools: Articulate, Adobe Suite – In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowToon and Epiplex (Desired).
MS Office - Microsoft Office standards: Word and PowerPoint.

Experience Required
• 5 + years of  experience designing, developing, and implementing CBT / WBT learning solutions utilizing eLearning authoring tools
• Understanding of Adult Learning Theories and instructional design methodologies
• Demonstrate technical skills in online training video/course recording, editing, creating, and maintaining styles in Word, developing visual PowerPoint presentations. (i.e.; Microsoft Office, Articulate etc.)
• Demonstrate ability to develop detailed storyboards, scripts and building online learning courseware.
