- A strong background in Proxy Voting or Corporate Event Processing and be familiar with Industry initiatives & Governance Directives
- Ability to work well under pressure where you are able to work both independently & also cooperatively within a small team.
- Excellent communication skills as there is a significant amount of direct client contact
