The key responsibilities of the role include:

The Consultant will be responsible for the implementation of General Ledger and Account Analysis/Billing functions.
General Ledger Reconcilement-Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Responsible for matching daily transactions and resolving exceptions.
Responsible for matching items on balance sheets.
Responsible for reviewing & processing trades before stated deadlines.
Responsible for processing email requests from internal partners and external vendors.
Responsible for researching items from Teller services.

Account Analysis/Billing-Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Responsible for timely and accurate billing/reconcilement
Responsible for processing manual SIDS for billing    
Responsible for implementing standard/nonstandard pricing requests.
Responsible for researching/resolving exceptions.
Responsible for processing email requests from internal partners.
Responsible for compiling/mailing client statements.

The successful candidate will benefit from having: 

A high school diploma or GED and prior billing or general ledger experience desired.

Carries out complex activities with significant financial,
client, and/or internal business impact.

Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for their workload.

Be organized, detailed and be able to prioritize workloads.

Demonstrates excellent analytical, consultative, communication
and judgment skills.

Must have a sense of urgency and take action to complete client requests.

Ensures that all required documentation is sent, received and
completed according to audit/risk guidelines.

Demonstrates proficiency in billing & reconcilement.

Assist team members by providing back up and appropriate
coverage in times of vacation/ill time.

Requires little supervision and direction to get the work done
in a timely and professional manner.
