ROLE

As a C&IS Business Management Group Consultant, you will be a member of a small team of professionals who work closely with the C&IS leadership team in creating, developing, and maintaining key metrics and systems for data analysis and reporting. The candidate must have strong analytics skills as well as the ability to creatively resolve problems.


MAJOR DUTIES

 Designs, develops, documents, maintains, and provides portal customizations using SharePoint 2010/2013 Enterprise, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Nintex, and other available tools to provide configuration of SharePoint’s native features
 Provides SharePoint administration, development, customization, system documentation, and support of customer requests through customer’s governance process
 Administers site collections and site collection security, configures site collection features. Designs, develops and deploys SharePoint features, enhancements, add-ons as requested
 Implements solutions, in part or in whole, from full applications built completely within the SharePoint platform and assists implementing best use of web technologies in no-code solutions (Master Pages, HTML, CSS, XSLT, JavaScript etc.)
 Implements out of the box (OOTB) SharePoint capabilities such as custom site solutions, custom web parts, and custom content types
 Maintains and enhances existing InfoPath forms as well as implements new forms as requested
 Maintains and enhances existing Nintex workflows well as implements new workflows as requested
 Provides detailed documentation of system specifications, including system scripts, system installation procedures, system backup and recovery techniques and system test methods for new and existing SharePoint solutions
 Manages SharePoint permissions, analyzes and reports upon SharePoint usage and activity. Implements regular reviews, maintenance, management and configuration of SharePoint accounts and sites
 Recommends solutions, establishes business case, and assists project manager and others in building acceptance of new proposed program modifications, methods, and procedures
 Assists clients in articulating and defining their business requirements and assists in preparing the business case justification for technical investment decisions
 Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel

SKILLS

 CSS 3, HTML 5, JavaScript, JQuery
 Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2013
 Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2010 and 2013
 Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
 Good analytical and problem-solving skills for design, creation, and testing of programs
 Good communication skills to interact with team members, support personnel, and provide technical guidance and expertise to customers and management
 Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
 Ability to work in a self-directed work environment as well as a team environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

 A minimum of 6 years of experience in leveraging out-of-the-box SharePoint capabilities to develop business solutions using SharePoint 2013
 Additionally, the candidate must have experience with requirement gathering, analysis, SharePoint solution design, development, and delivery
 Knowledge of Access database and SQL server
 Experience in HTML, CSS, MS SharePoint tool
 Advanced MS Excel skill and VBA
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
