The key responsibilities of the role include:


The  Product Manager assists with leading the entire suite of compliance products over their product lifecycles.  

Help shape the product to deliver a competitive offering into the target segment.

Work closely with product leadership to prioritize and set product agenda for assigned segment.

Thinks about and executes plan for end to end workflow and integration of services aimed to serve assigned target segment.

Develops and communicates road maps to partners and client facing organization on a regular basis.

Manages go to market and release processes in coordination with Marketing.

Works with Client Service team to segment client base, and tailor product pitches to designated use cases of focus.
 
Works closely with other senior product and project management team members to anticipate resource bottlenecks and coordinate across full product road map.

Escalates important conflicts to ensure rapid decision making.

Attends client and prospect meetings to hear/gather feedback directly and can present product vision and expectations to senior members of client organizations and customers.

Brings together and analyzes competitive intelligence regularly – notes competitive releases, and provides sales organization with competitive differentiation points.

Partners with agile team to deliver customer and business value through product features.

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

 

5 or more years of experience working directly within an investment compliance segment with deep knowledge of techniques, client use cases and vendor market.

Willingness to learn the Agile development framework.

Experience with investment compliance, investment guideline review and investment management agreements/prospectus is extremely helpful.

Expertise in business analysis, project scoping, and expectation management is required.

Demonstrate bias toward digital tool adoption and process improvement.

Self-motivated desire to learn and curiosity in application development.

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes.

Strong oral and written communications skills.
