Client Service Representative, Banking Operations Treasury Management

Resolve inquiries for corporate clients & internal partners who utilize the suite of Treasury Management products & services. Establish effective relationships by partnering with Large Corporate client base, various product support staff and Relationship/Sales teams in an effort to resolve complex client issues and random servicing needs. 


Hours:
Mon-Thur 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Mountain Time)
Fri 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Start/finish times are aligned with daylight savings

 

Knowledge/Skills

 

Fast-paced environment requires the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities and workflow. Excellent verbal & written communication skills required in order to handle occasional client-facing meetings and client conference calls. Incumbent must display flexible assertiveness, intuitive & exercise sound judgment. Reconcilement skills are a plus however not mandatory.

 

Major Duties

 

·        Responsible for identifying customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives for corporate clients & internal partners who utilize Treasury Management products & services.

·        Responds to inquiries by providing the requested information or referring the inquiry to the appropriate area for resolution.

·        Maintains ongoing knowledge of Treasury Management new & existing bank products/services.

·        Develop & maintain a consultative relationship with client base by cross selling products and services as well as communicating possible processing issues or interruption of service.

·        Communicates action plans (with a specified time-table) and updates as appropriate for issue resolution to partners and clients.

·        Documents and prepares reports regarding client calls.  Analyzes inquiry reports to identify potential problem situations, trends and improvement opportunities.  Recommends modification to processing where needed.

·        Log all client/partner inquiries received via phone, email or fax with a detailed description of client issue/problem, research or action taken for resolution on the ERM and ARMs database.

·        Seize opportunities to upsell products when situation arise.

·        Maintain system access and knowledge level as it pertains to Treasury Management Products & Services.

·        Provide accurate information to clients to avoid loss/risk situations to the business.

·        Works towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job.

 

 

 


Experience

                 Knowledge of Treasury Management products & services through training programs or experience. 

                 Analytical, organizational and sales skills are required to research and resolve inquiries and manage conflicting priorities and workflow. 

                 Strong telephone, verbal and written communication skills are required. 

                 Active listening and interpersonal skills needed along with ability to handle challenging callers with minimal assistance. 

                 Ability to adapt to change, fast pace environment and various personality types. 

                 Self-motivated with ability to set priorities and manage time effectively. 

                 Computer literacy required with ability to navigate several applications/systems simultaneously.

                 2 + years client servicing experience.  Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services is preferred.
