Knowledge/Skills
•    Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills
•    Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
•    Knowledge of Clarity PPM tool usually acquired through related work experience , preferred
•    Resourcefulness to proactively obtain relevant information and perspectives
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment 
•    Highly flexible and organized to successfully juggle multiple, competing priorities
•    Process-oriented 
•    Excellent organizational, analytical, conflict management and negotiation skills  
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Experience
7 plus years in an individual contributor or manager role which included responsibility for financial and process analysis.  Prior Product Management experience is preferred.  Experience with IT is preferred.
