REAL ESTRATE FUND ACCOUNTING
The Role:
Due to continuous growth in the REIF business in Limerick, there is an opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable applicant to join the Real Estate Business Process Analyst (BPA) team. The role involves development and support of the YARDI accounting platform and its ancillary applications.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
• Elicit and document functional requirements, oversee the development of new functionality, reporting and processes. Perform user acceptance testing & support implementation and rollout.
• Configure the relevant functionality on the YARDI accounting platform to support REIF accounting processes and improve productivity and efficiency.
• Provide Production Support for the YARDI accounting platform and any ancillary applications.
• Employ project management tools and techniques when working on docket or project initiatives.
• Interact and liaise with technology team and external vendors to resolve functional & technical queries.
• Develop as a functional Subject Matter Expert for REIF accounting and the YARDI platform, documenting and developing a knowledge base and cross training team members.
• Provide support for new business take-on as well as growth within the existing client base.
• Interact and build working relationships with other Business Units.
• Provide various management reports and Operational MIS.
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
• Proven experience as a business analyst dealing with a range of functional areas is essential.
• Strong desktop, IT and systems skills required, and a proven ability to liaise and translate between technical and non-technical departments. SQL skills and technical experience with accounting packages strongly preferred. Knowledge of YARDI accounting software is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Self-starter with advanced analytical & problem solving skills.
• A willingness to learn and be flexible & creative within the role.
• Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
