Position requirements

Candidates will possess a combination of robust Microsoft Office skills including but not limited to use of excel to analyze large data sets (pivot tables, charts and macros).  In addition, the candidate will have experience participating in and/or leading small to mid-sized projects.  Skills required include familiarity with project management concepts and project tracking software.  Candidate should also be familiar with risk management concepts including identification and classification of risk, some experience with internal audits and solution building experience.  

In addition, the candidate will have strong communication skills, possess confidence necessary to drive and manage small groups to outcomes.  Strong organizational and analytical skills are a must across all categories of responsibility.  Like all roles today, the ability to be flexible and adaptable to change is critical.

A Bachelor’s degree is required.  Commercial banking and/or financial services experience is preferred.
