Associate Trust & Advisory Project Manager
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Project Management for self-identified issues and automation within the Trust Practice
- Liaise with internal departments including: Operations, Tax, etc.
- Drive implementation of workflows and metrics
- Coordinate implementation within Practice for all required changes as a result of Audit, Compliance, Legal, Risk or Regulatory Exams
- Ownership of Trust Platform enhancements / docket
- Support practice identified issue resolution / process improvement and associated training
- Responses to BU Control Unit Initiatives
- Other ad hoc projects and management support, as needed
- Experienced, functional area expert with technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise.
- Responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to stakeholders to identify and understand the business in which they work.
- Serves as a lead consultant for designing business process solutions on large and complex projects or programs.
- Helps oversee the design of business process requirements and helps drive strategy and directions in achieving the business results.
- Helps incorporate industry standards and best practices to define strategies that improve existing business processes.
- Provides comprehensive technical support in planning and monitoring the activities that are necessary to complete a business analysis effort
- Identifies business process techniques used to manage requirements
- Helps manages conflicts, issues and changes to requirement in order to ensure stakeholders and the project team are all in agreement on the solution scope.
- Responsible for managing the business need, refines and clarifies the definition of that need, and designs and produces a solution scope that can feasibly be implemented by the business. May oversees the development of the business case.
- Designs and proposes solutions which can best fit the business need, identifies gaps and shortcoming in solutions, and determines necessary work-around or changes to the solution6. Carries out initiatives that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult and may involve multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
- Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas8. Role is focused on development and initiative management. Executes on strategic business activities that cross functional lines
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
- College or University degree and relevant proven work experience is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience – ideally with background in Trust and Advisory Services
- Demonstrates excellent experience in change initiatives, with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- In-depth knowledge of business analysis / Industry knowledge is required
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change
- Leadership and organizational skills are required to help determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to help assess and develop the skills of staff.
