Associate Training Consultant, Fund Accounting and Client Expenses
Qualifications
- A College or University degree and/or some relevant work in training area for a financial services environment is required.
- Related Industry qualification (e.g. SHRM) / or studying towards, is preferred
- Excellent oral and written skills to be able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions are required.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills are required.
- Strong instructional design and/or organization development skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of a wide range of tools and delivery techniques or is an expert within a specific content area or delivery methodology is preferred.
- Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Microsoft, PeopleSoft) is required
- Internal candidates must meet the IJP eligibility requirements of Northern Trust
