Summary
Operates under general supervision but works on own most of the time. Technically competent to act as first point of reference for day-to-day queries, and serves as a liaison to related areas. Has both broad and in-depth knowledge in SEC filings NCEN / NPORT / NMFP, Trade Lifecycle & Process Improvement. Carries out relatively complex, extensive, high profile activities e.g. direct interaction with onshore counterparts. Demonstrates excellent analytical, consultative and communication skills. Focuses on maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures in the function, building towards becoming an area expert.
Responsibilities:
- Carries out relatively complex, extensive, high-profile activities e.g., Direct interaction with onshore partners and successfully transitioning process.
- Transition process successfully for SEC reporting (N-CEN / N-PORT / N-MFP).
- Takes a new perspective and have a taste for continuous improvements.
- Build new process, streamline process and find out automation opportunities.
- Focuses on maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures in the function.
- Demonstrates excellent analytical, consultative and communication skills.
- At least 5 years of related experience in N-CEN / N-PORT / N-MFP with expertise in trade lifecycle.
- Trade lifecycle & Fund Accounting knowledge will be an added advantage
- Experience with automation using VBA / Xceptor will be an added advantage an area expert.
