The West Region Operating Group (WROG) is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join a high performing team focused on process improvement for the region. The department handles change management and implementation and is the liaison between the front office, Client Service Support Team, operations and technology.  The Business process Analyst is responsible for analysis, reporting and administrative support. 

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Participate in corporate and business unit initiatives related to process, technology, and system enhancements, when directed by Management
  2. Work collaboratively within the team, with other West Region Account Managers, as well as with various administrative and operational groups to ensure and promote efficient work flow 
  3. Thinks critically to help identify efficiency enhancements, process improvements, and service delivery using creative and proactive measures
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with WROG Account managers, Operations and other support areas to carry out client service related assignments to the benefit of all team members in respective markets
  5. Expertly communicate with Partners in a professional manner, acting with urgency and giving appropriate priority and seeing tasks to completion
  6. Actively take on special projects or participate in project teams on a regular basis



The successful candidate will benefit from having: 
  • A College or University degree is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • Experience in financial servicing or related experience/credentials is preferred
  • In-depth Functional / Industry knowledge of Financial Services, usually acquired through related work experience, is preferred 
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills are preferred
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
