Real Estate Analyst, Special Assets, Wealth Management Real Estate and Agricultural Services Division

Location: Chicago, IL

Description:

Responsible for providing primary support to real estate asset management functions of the Division and various routine and non-routine administrative tasks. This position is also responsible for completion of annual reviews on assigned No/Limited Duty real estate assets to satisfy audit, regulatory and compliance requirements.

Major Responsibilities:

• Process the timely payment of all maintenance, insurance and property tax bills in support of Real Estate Managers.
• Order and track the timely receipt of triennial appraisals and date of death appraisals
• Order annual third-party home inspections, as needed.
• Manage assigned properties utilizing established policies and procedures
• Maintain property files on assigned properties.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with internal partners and clients.
• Assist with system development, testing and training as required
Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
• 1 year experience working as a personal trust assistant or working in a related environment.
• 2 years of experience working with an automated system
• 2 years of experience working on projects
• 2 years of experience with both written and verbal communications to all levels of staff.
• Proficient in Yardi Voyager is a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and written communications.
• Strong organizational skills.
