ANALYST

 

1.Serves as the primary contact for Talent Acquisition with regard to monitoring vendor contract terms and agreements and processing invoices in accordance to those agreements.


2.Assists with the departmental budget planning process, tracking of monthly spend, forecasting and accrual process.


3.Review incoming TA Operation Cases and escalate/route cases that are not immediate or routine to the appropriate resource as needed.


4.Responds to routine/intermediate applicant tracking system (Taleo) issues, questions, and integration errors on a daily basis, researching root cause and communicating with appropriate Talent Acquisition (TA) team members and HRIS members to drive prompt resolution.


5.Follows and executes NT policy and process documentation for Talent Acquisition activities such as creating exploratory requisitions, onboarding/new hire processes, employee referrals, engaging with agencies and candidate onboarding, etc.


6.Supports defined talent acquisition data audits to ensure users are adhering to prescribed processes.


7.Supports Talent Acquisition process and system training for new joiners as well as refresher training for existing staff.


8.May provide feedback on potential process improvements and suggests enhancements to Talent Acquisition processes and workflows.


9.May represent TA Operations on relevant project teams to help define current state processes, the desired future state, the solution design, complete test scripts, assist in implementation tasks and provide post go live support.

A College or University degree in Computer Science, Business or Human Resources is preferred.


•Experience working in a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources environment is preferred.


•Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail are required.


•1 or more years of experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, to include intermediate functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS in Excel, animation and embedded charts in PowerPoint.
