The key responsibilities of the role include:

Responsible for setting up and maintaining hazard and flood insurance records within FIS system for residential and commercial loans within our Wealth Management portfolio. 

Ability to work independently to accomplish day to day activities and multiple projects as assigned by management.   Incumbent will also work with vendors in handling property tax disbursements and escrow accounts.  

Applicant must be organized and very detailed oriented.  Should possess excellent time management skills and demonstrate initiative.  

Responsible for accurate flood and hazard insurance tracking, which includes life of loan flood tracking, and weekly/monthly reports.

Responsible for processing of daily insurance disbursements, refunds or adjustments.
 
Responsible for managing loan documents of all levels of complexity while adhering to regulatory requirements and Bank policy and procedures.  

Complete insurance exceptions in the vendor’s application Policy Depot.

Thorough review and accuracy of invoice processing to vendors.

Identify opportunity to streamline workflows and processes to reduce errors, increase controls, and ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.

Over time, will be cross trained on all processes on the team.
Communicate with front line partners. 
Ability to logically think about alternate solutions when issues arise and take appropriate action when under pressure.

The successful candidate will benefit from having: 

College degree or related experience in Loan Operations or a banking environment, as well as insurance, escrow, and tax experience preferred.  

Strong oral and written communication.
 
Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and knowledge of FIS (IBS-Metavante) a plus.

Risk management to include control of emails, documents and borrowers files.  Understands departmental policies and procedures.  Familiar with audit procedures.  Assist in resolution of audit issues, including handling request from auditors & Compliance.

Administrative functions including interaction and communication with management to meet department goals; develop and implement improved workflow and procedures.
