The key responsibilities of the role include:
 

Under direct supervision responsible for handling and processing of routine transactions such as transactions processing, document processing, investor services,, opening new business and maintaining and reviewing documentation on existing accounts. Responsible for new client account verification and executing account changes and maintenance (address changes, dividend options, payment options).
 
Role will be responsible for the Quality Control review of cases performed with potential to expand into training and procedure/process development projects.

May engage in limited client contact to deal with day-to-day operational challenges or roadblocks.

Handling transactions for deposit products including, transaction processing, and document processing.
Processing of new business accounts, maintaining and reviewing documentation.
 
Responsible for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines.
 
Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts.

Works effectively as a team member but also independently. Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job .

Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job. 

Running and creating formal reports.

The successful candidate will benefit from having: 


HS Diploma OR GED and/or some relevant work experience is preferred.


Experience conducting reviews for audit purposes, interpretation of procedures and enhancing them to close process gaps. 


Ability to provide peer feedback, coaching or training.


Good oral and written communication skills are required. Basic understanding of banking procedures is preferred. Attention to detail. Analytical and problem solving skills are required
