This individual will work closely with the Estate Settlement client facing team on all operational aspects of the account administration. The individual will assume primary responsibility for asset collection, day to day operations, and other administrative and client matters.

 

Major Duties:


1. Work closely with the Estate Settlement client facing team to understand all operational aspects of the administration. Oversee day to day operations, ensuring that client and advisor expectations are appropriately met.


2. Manage the collection and valuation process of financial, personal and real property process including communicating with outside custodians, providers and others to obtain all asset and liability information required for tax return preparation.

 

3. Prepare accounting products to allow for appropriate accounting of assets, distribution and reporting.


4. Work with compliance, operations, specialty asset, tax and other areas to ensure all client reporting and administrative needs are met appropriately.


5. Maintain a working knowledge of various bank products and services to facilitate client delivery and to expand existing relationships.


6. Comply with all fiduciary, risk management and other guidelines promptly escalating any issues and/or concerns to management.


7. Strives to identify service efficiency and delivery enhancements, as well as process improvements and periodically participating in business unit initiatives related to process, technology, and system enhancements when directed by management.

Knowledge/Skills:

 

Knowledge of fiduciary duties, basic accounting, and operations, usually acquired through formal education or related experience is required to service clients. 


Strong analytic, problem solving and organization skills required to manage complex client situations. 

 

 

Experience Required:

 

3 - 5 years of related fiduciary and/or client servicing experience, or equivalent education.
